Hiiii!

I am a mom & wife FIRST; Founder & CEO of Passion2Give, Certified Professional Life Coach, Mentor, Worship Leader, Singer-Songwriter and Mental Health Advocate. I am extremely passionate about helping others. Giving hope, inspiring, encouraging, motivating, and empowering people is what I live & breathe for. Outside of what I was called to do…EXTROVERT to the fullest! LOL!

PAIN INTO PURPOSE – Behind every smile is a story and my story is filled with ugly truths & terrible choices but the beauty behind those moments…GRACE. Hardships throughout my childhood into adulthood are a testimony of God’s Grace and Mercy. In our weakness, His Grace is perfect!

Making a difference in someone’s life brings me so much joy! It’s easy to assume that people have it all together when they are smiling and cheerful. People are fighting battles we know nothing about so it’s imperative to be Kind and Love out Loud. I am most drawn to those who feel forgotten, unwanted, unloved, rejected, overlooked, and hopeless. I too have been down that road so it’s easier for me to connect, relate and love on those individuals…you can’t take a person somewhere you’ve never been.

Despite the struggles growing up, music has always been my outlet to freedom and healing. Every song that I have ever written and the songs that I write are my story & my truth, but relatable.

Growing up, I had several mentors who inspired me to believe in myself & love myself and now my hope is to inspire & spread love to as many people as possible so that they can also feel what it’s like to be on the other side of fear and to walk in freedom.

Some of my Accomplishments:

Appeared as a guest on the “Queen Latifah Show” in 1999 encouraging many youths throughout the communities.

Auditioned many times for different singing competitions such as Houston Idol, Gospel Idol, Gimmie the Mic, The Voice, American Idol, and Sunday’s Best. None have been failed attempts but catalysts for maturity with evidence shown in the advancement to the 2nd round of the American Idol auditions and 3rd round of the Sunday’s Best auditions.

Was part of Nicki Cruz’s stage play, “Run Baby Run.”
Sang the National Anthem at the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, California as well as the Arena Theatre in Houston, Texas for the Martial Arts, MMA; sang for Sylvester Turner’s Campaign Ball; opened up for Dennis Rogers (one of the strongest men in the world) in New Mexico who has appeared on Oprah Winfrey, Steve Harvey, the History Channel, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not; opened up for Israel & Newbreed, Jason Crabb as a part of Global Force’s Young Adult Worship Team; opened up for Daniel Johnson; sang with Tye Tribbett & GA during Global Force’s yearly Conference; sang with Kim Burrell.

MY PAST DID NOT DEFINE ME – Looking back over the years, I am forever grateful for every mentor & role mode, and supporter. Words cannot express my gratitude, and I will continue to be a beacon of hope.

Life is a journey with many ups & downs but I’m growing every day, learning something new every day, and loving myself more and more every day.
